- Nearly 800 more homes planned by homebuilders on land that’s been sold, is pending sale or has active builder interest.
- First rental development now leasing townhomes.
- Construction anticipated to begin on first affordable housing development.
From the Blatchford development office:
- Announcements of new Blatchford homebuilders and projects.
- Interim off-leash park opens to both residents and visitors.
- Readying more land on both sides of Blatchford’s 536-acre site. (2025 year-end saw about 57% of the site’s developable land either constructed, under construction or in the planning and development stage.)
- Anticipating construction to start on a promenade that will run alongside the community’s existing stormwater pond.
