We’re pleased to warmly welcome Josh Culling as the Blatchford Development’s new Project Lead with the City of Edmonton’s Real Estate and Land Development Branch.
Josh brings a wealth of experience in municipal governance and land development from both the public and private sectors – including most recently serving as Manager of Metro Strategy at BILD Edmonton Metro, after spending several years with Parkland County. He is currently in the final stages of completing his PhD in municipal governance and strategy at the University of Alberta.
A few weeks into the job, we asked Josh what he thinks Edmontonians should know about Blatchford right now:
“I think there’s a lot that maybe over the years has been said about this community that might leave you with the impression that nothing’s happening here. And it’s the exact opposite. There’s a lot happening here. There’s construction happening all around us. Houses are being built. People are moving in. Eventually, businesses will be moving in here. It’s worth a visit. Come for a beer at the brewery on Airport Road. Come for a walk around the beautiful stormwater pond. Come see everything that’s here. You really need to experience Blatchford.”
