Joshua Culling, who moved to Blatchford with his family in 2021, recently gave CBC’s Clare Bonnyman a glimpse into life in this unique sustainable community.

There’s always construction happening, there are new developments all the time…the land supply that’s been sold and serviced is moving quickly, houses are going up. From a resident perspective it definitely doesn’t seem to be moving slowly…If you’re wanting to live in a neighbourhood that one day people will look back on and visit and say, I want to live in this neighbourhood – that’s Blatchford.”
