It’s not just summer home building that’s in full swing right now in Blatchford – like the townhomes currently under construction by Encore Master Builder, StreetSide Developments, Crimson Cove Homes, Landmark Homes and NX Build, and other builders laying the groundwork for the community’s first multi-storey apartment style buildings to take shape.
Infrastructure underway for upcoming homes
Land development by the Blatchford Redevelopment Office is also buzzing, which includes putting in integral infrastructure like district energy piping, sewers and roads. Visit Blatchford and you’ll see work has started in the community’s west side on the next stage of residential development that will be home to 195 fee simple townhouses. Look to Blatchford’s east side, and you’ll notice gravel prep is underway for the development of this area’s much-anticipated roads and sidewalks.
